I'm a GIANTS Member with a game access membership, how can I receive value on my membership?
The response to the COVID-19 pandemic is it constantly evolving and the GIANTS will look to share any relevant information as soon as we receive it. We are very proud to have passionate and loyal members who have shown your support throughout our journey. Your continued support is very vital to the GIANTS in order for us to continue to build momentum into this year and further years to come.
The GIANTS will do everything possible to ensure all our members feel they have received the right value of their membership. We are currently working with the both the AFL and the other 17 other clubs to make sure we give all our members the best possible solutions during these unprecedented times
As the decisions of what the 2020 season will look like are still unknown, we unfortunately don't have all the information needed to asses
I’m on GIANTS EasyPay, which comes out in monthly instalments. Will there be any changes/suspensions to my monthly instalments?
At this stage, your GIANTS EasyPay will continue as scheduled on the 3rd of every month. As there is limited information on how the COVID-19 pandemic will affect membership, we will operate as originally planned until more information is released. Once available, the GIANTS will look to reassess our Membership practices and if necessary with make changes to suit the current landscape.

I recently signed up as GIANTS Member but haven’t received my membership pack yet. Is it still coming?
Yes. Membership fulfilment will continue as normal. At the moment, packs are taking slightly longer than 3 weeks due to our warehouse being in China and the strict changes and conditions in response to government and expert advice.
Can I still purchase Member’s Merch? Will It still come?
Yes. We have a wonderful range of members merch on our website that you are still able to purchase. We would love to see you in your orange so gear up today! GIANTS Members Merch
Can I speak to someone at the club about my membership, tickets or game access?
Of course, the GIANTS are available Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. At the moment we understand that members and fans may have questions regarding the current situation. As a club we ask you to be patient and understanding that our membership staff may not have all the answers at the moment. The AFL is working with all clubs at the moment on a solution, we advise you keep a look out on your emails, club website and the Official GIANTS App in order to keep up the impact of COVID – 19.

What do I do if I purchased a ticket to Round 1 v Geelong?
All ticket holders will receive a full refund including booking and payment processing fees. Ticketmaster will communicate directly with all ticket purchasers in the coming days. If you have any questions, please visit the Ticketmaster FAQ page.
I have purchased a ticket to a round 3 and beyond, what do I do?
We continue to work with the AFL and ticketing agents to provide updates on future rounds as the situation progresses.At the moment, the AFL are working through what a condensed 17-game season looks like. Once we have a confirmed approach, we will be in touch with those people who have purchased tickets to GIANTS Stadium or UNSW Canberra Oval.
I purchased a group experience to Round 1, will I receive a refund?
Within the next few days, you will receive and email from the GIANTS with details regarding the refund process. Our Group Ticketing Executives will also be in touch with everyone who has purchased a group experience to Round 1 and offer a full refund or will look to provide a different solution should it better suit your group.
Is the GIANTS Retail Store still trading?
To ensure the health of fans, staff and players. the GIANTS Shop at GIANTS HQ, Sydney Olympic Park is closed to the public at the present time. You can still purchase from the GIANTS by emailing your requests to Matt at email@example.com. We will be dispatching orders twice weekly until we can return to normal trading.
Can I still order from the GIANTS Online Store?
Absolutely! You can purchase all the latest GIANTS Merchandise from the GIANTS Shop Online at https://shop.gwsgiants.com.au/

Can I come to Tom Wills Oval to watch training or grab a coffee at the cafe?
Protecting the health of players, staff and members is at the forefront of all decisions we are making in these unprecedented times and subsequently we have made the difficult choice to close Tom Wills Oval and the GIANTS cafe to the general public.
How can I continue to support the GIANTS family during this time?
The best way is to renew and maintain your status as a GIANTS member. Your support and encouragement are what we need during this unprecedented time. Our media and communications team are working on some exciting inner sanctum content to keep you up-to-date on all things GIANTS during this time.
Is Canberra Fan Day and GIANTS Recruits Clinics still going ahead?
All club functions, events and clinics are currently postponed until further notice. This also extends to school and community visits. We will let our members and fans know once these are back up and running.
