When do 2018 memberships go on sale?

2018 memberships will go on sale mid-October, 2017. More information about our membership packages will be made available once we go on sale.

Will my membership automatically renew each year?

If you are on GIANTS Easy Pay, then your membership will roll over each season. For 2018, your membership will roll over on Monday 16 October.

If you would like to sign up to be on GIANTS Easy Pay, simply call Membership Staff on 1300 GIANTS (1300 442 687).

If you no longer wish to be on GIANTS Easy Pay, simply Opt Out by completing the opt out form we have sent to you, or contact GIANTS Membership Staff during business hours.


How do i renew my membership?

There are a few ways you can renew your membership for 2018.

Internet: You can login to your GIANTS MyAccount and renew your 2018 membership by following the prompts.

Phone: Simply call GIANTS Membership Staff on 1300 442 687 and we can renew your 2018 membership over the phone.

Mail: If you have not renewed your membership in October, you will receive a renewal form in the mail. Simply fill this out and send it back to us.


I purchased a reserved seat membership in 2017 and intend to purchase a 2018 membership, when is the cut-off for priority seating?

As a 2017 member, you will have until 5pm Wednesday 6 December 2017 to renew and retain the seat(s) you held in 2017 for the 2018 season.


How can I upgrade my membership?

If you wish to upgrade/downgrade your membership for 2018, simply follow the steps below.

Online: View our 2018 membership packages on our website and find the membership you wish to purchase. You can then login to your GIANTS MyAccount and follow the prompts until you have purchased your membership.

Phone: Call 1300 442 687 and have your Member ID ready. Our friendly membership staff can talk you through our upgrade options.

Email: Email membership@gwsgiants.com.au with your Member ID and any relevant information. We can point you in the best direction and you can either purchase your membership online or over the phone.

Please note: You can upgrade your membership at any stage through the season, even if you have already purchased a membership for 2018. Simply contact us on 1300 GIANTS (1300 442 687) or at membership@gwsgiants.com.au


How can I move reserved seats for 2018?

If you wish to change your reserved seats for 2018, simply call the membership team on 1300 442 687 and we can have a look at what seats are available. We can change your seats at any stage during the season.

Please note: 2017 reserved seat members have until 6 December 2017 to renew their reserved seats. If they have not renewed their seats after this date then new members can purchase these seats.


I was a concession member last year, why have i been regraded as an adult?

As per AFL guidelines, concession status is required to be verified each year.

Please send us a copy of your concession card to membership@gwsgiants.com,au and we will regrade this for you.


Why has my 15 year old child been removed from our family membership?

Under AFL regulations, once a child turns 15, they are no longer considered to be a junior member. The date is relevant as of January 1 each year. For the 2018 season, any child born before 1/1/2003 is no longer considered a junior member. The GIANTS have a concession membership that your 15 year old child can use.


How can I cancel my auto renewal?

If you are on GIANTS Easy Pay, your membership will automatically renew each season. If you wish to cancel your auto renewal, choose one of the options below.

1. Complete the Opt Out form that was sent to you in September, and send it back to us.

OR

2. Contact GIANTS Membership Staff on 1300 442 687 or membership@gwsgiants.com.au and request to be Opted Out of auto renewal.

You can still renew your membership at a later date.


Will I receive confirmation my membership renewal has been successful?

You will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days of your membership being processed as well as a receipt of your purchase.
