Got some questions about our membership packages or about memberships in general? You'll find answers to many questions here:

What do i do if I have lost or forgotten my membership card?

If you have lost of forgotten your membership card, please see GIANTS membership staff outside Gate D at Spotless Stadium or the West Gate at UNSW Canberra Oval. Cards that need to be reissued may be subject to a fee.

How do I get into games with my membership?

If you have selected a membership package that includes game access, simply scan your membership card at the turnstiles at all games you are entitled to attend.

Why isn't my barcode scanning at the gate?

Your barcode may not scan for a number of reasons.

It may be because you have missed 2+ payments towards your GIANTS Easy Pay. The GIANTS reserve the right to block a barcode until payment has been made.

It may also be because your card was reprinted, and you have brought along your old card.

Your card may also not scan if you have used up all of your entitlements, or you are not entitled to enter a match ie. A Canberra member entering a Sydney match or vice versa.

Visit GIANTS membership staff outside Gate D at Spotless Stadium or the West Gate at UNSW Canberra Oval if your barcode is not scanning at a game.

How do I purchase additional tickets?

Reserved Seat Members (and 8 Game Members Reserve Members) can find instructions on how to purchase additional tickets into the Members Stand here

3 Game General Admission Members can purchase additional tickets through Ticketmaster for games at Spotless Stadium and Ticketek for games at UNSW Canberra Oval.

I am a Derby Member, how do I get my reserved seat to the Derby?

As a Derby member, you will receive a reserved seat to the Derby as part of your membership.

Your seat will be allocated internally and will be available to download and print closer to the game. The club will let you know via email and SMS when the ticket is ready to print.

Interstate Member Ticketing

Interstate members from WA, QLD, TAS and SA will be sent an email a month prior to the game, with a link to register for the away game ticketing in their home state. Members will be able to nominate the game they wish to attend (if there is more than one game in the season) and tickets will be emailed. Interstate membership cards will not provide access to away games.

Victorian GIANTS can use their membership card to access GIANTS games played at Etihad Stadium and the MCG.

I am a General Admission Member behind the goals, how can I upgrade to a reserved seat?

At Spotless Stadium, to upgrade from a general admission seat to a reserve seat, contact Ticketmaster and enter in your 12-digit barcode.

At UNSW Canberra Oval, contact Ticketek before or at the game and enter in your 12-digit barcode on the back of your GIANTS Membership card.

My child is a 3 Game General Admission member. How can I purchase a ticket next to them?

You can purchase a General Admission ticket through Ticketmaster for games at Spotless Stadium and Ticketek for games at UNSW Canberra Oval. You will be able to sit together if there are seats available.

Please note: General Admission is subject to capacity.

How do I use my free member guest passes?

Guest Passes are issued at the discretion of the GIANTS and more information will be made available in the coming week about the availability of guest passes for the Round 22 match against West Coast.

I'm a reserved seat member at Spotless Stadium. Will I sit in my reserved seat for finals?

If the GIANTS play a home final at Spotless Stadium, you will not be entitled to your reserved seat from the home and away season. You will need to purchase a ticket through Ticketmaster, should you wish to attend.

What does my priority access to purchase Finals tickets mean?

All 2017 GIANTS members receive priority access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket, subject to the GIANTS competing.

Priority One: Guaranteed access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket

Priority Two: Priority access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket

Priority Three: Priority access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket

The club receives a total allocation of 15,000 tickets to the Grand Final for members to purchase.

How do I purchase finals tickets?

The GIANTS will communicate information relating to Grand Final Ticketing to members once arrangements are finalised should we be participating in finals series. This information will be communicated via email and on the GIANTS website. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their contact information is correct and that they have familiarised themselves with this information.

Those members with Priority/Guaranteed Access (Ultimate Members) will be required to follow the appropriate procedures as communicated by the Club in order to access a ticket. Members who do not follow the procedure as outlined by the Club will forfeit their right to access a Grand Final ticket.


AFL Members with GIANTS Club of Support

If you are an AFL Member with the GIANTS nominated as your club of support, you are able to scan your member card to gain access to all GIANTS home games at either Spotless Stadium or UNSW Canberra Oval. Please note that access to the General Admission seating area is subject to capacity and if you would like to be guaranteed access to a seat, you are best to pre purchase a ticket.

I purchased a membership scarf, how do I collect it?

If you purchased a scarf with your membership, it will be posted out to you.

Why do I receive emails from you but my family don't? We have the same email.

Our database does not allow one email address to be used across multiple memberships. All members are requested to have an individual email address registered on their database record. If a member does not have their own email address we can link them with another member but that member will not receive personal emails from us and will not be able to login to their GIANTS MyAccount using the email address. Please contact us to link one member with another.

How can I join the cheer squad?

To be part of the GIANTS Cheer Squad, you can purchase the Cheer Squad add on. Please note: This is a add on and you will need a GIANTS membership to be part of the Cheer Squad and gain access to matches and finals.

Will I receive confirmation my membership renewal has been successful?

You will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days of your membership being processed as well as a receipt of your purchase.

What are the concession requirements?

A concession member is classified as any person who currently holds a concession card issued by Centerlink or Department of Veteran Affairs, Health and Community Services, Disability Support, War Veterans, War Widows. Student Concessions are available to any full time student. The club also requires proof of concession before the membership card is sent out. This can be done by sending a copy of the concession via fax (02 9675 7443), mail (PO Box 7112, Silverwater, NSW 2128) or email (membership@gwsgiants.com.au ). Also note random spot checks of concession cards will be conducted at all games.

Please note a seniors card is not applicable for the concession discount.

What are the junior requirements?

Under AFL regulations, once a child turns 15 years of age, they are no longer considered to be a junior member. For the 2017 season, any child born before 1/1/2002 is no longer considered a junior member.

Does my membership include transport to the venue?

FREE train travel is included with all memberships to and from Spotless Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park on the day of a GIANTS home game.

Will my membership give me access to the AWAY game against the Sydney Swans at the SCG?

No. Your membership includes entry to the GIANTS Home Sydney Derby match only at Spotless Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park during the 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.


Can I use my ACT membership for Sydney games?

If you hold an ACT membership you are entitled to 3 games at UNSW Canberra Oval. If you are unable to attend any of these games you may use your remaining games in the general admission area at GIANTS Stadium. (Ie. If you attend the first 2 games but not the 3rd, you may attend 1 game at Spotless Stadium).

Up until what age can I bring my child for free?

Juniors aged under 5 (as of the 1st of January 2016) can attend matches for free, as long as they are not occupying a seat.

How do I update my credit card and contact details?

To update your personal details, login to your personal GIANTS account via your online account manager. Alternatively call us on 1300 GIANTS (1300 442 687) or email membership@gwsgiants.com.au.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes, however we do require the membership to be purchased in the recipient's name. You will need to know the name, address and DOB of the person(s) you are purchasing the membership for. Please call us on 1300 442 687 to arrange.

Are we able to come to training?

Members are always welcome to come to open training sessions. Training sessions will be advised via the website www.gwsgiants.com.au or by calling us on 1300 GIANTS (1300 442 687). Please note training times and venues are always subject to change.

How long will my membership pack take to arrive?

Your GIANTS membership pack can take between 2-3 weeks to arrive. If your membership card has not arrived in time for a game, please contact GIANTS membership staff at 1300 442 687 or visit the Membership Marquee located outside Gate D at Spotless, or the main West Gate at UNSW Canberra Oval at a GIANTS Home match.

I didn't receive my member cap with my 2017 GIANTS member pack?

All GIANTS members (excluding Mini GIANT, GIANTS Pet and Global GIANTS) receive a 2017 GIANTS member cap as part of their 2017 GIANTS member pack.

Please keep a hold of your membership card which you will need to bring to any home game throughout the 2017 season and collect your cap at the game.

I'm an Ultimate Member, how do I pick up my cap?

Your membership cap and scarf will be posted out to your address so you do not need to pick up your cap.

I'm a Supporter Member, how do I collect my cap?

As your membership does not include game access, your membership cap will be posted to you.

I'm an Interstate Member, how do I collect my cap?

As you are an interstate member, we will be positing out your cap to you.

I'm a Sydney GIANT, how do I collect my cap?

Membership Caps will be available for collection at all GIANTS home games at the home and away season and selected fan events. You can also collect your cap from GIANTS HQ between 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday-Friday. Please ensure you bring your membership card when redeeming your cap.

I'm a Members Reserve member, how do I collect my cap?

Membership Caps will be available for collection at all GIANTS home games at the home and away season and selected fan events. You can also collect your cap from GIANTS HQ between 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday-Friday. Please ensure you bring your membership card when redeeming your cap.

I'm a 3 game Sydney member, how do I collect my cap?

Membership Caps will be available for collection at all GIANTS home games at the home and away season and selected fan events. You can also collect your cap from GIANTS HQ between 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday-Friday. Please ensure you bring your membership card when redeeming your cap.

I'm a Platinum, Gold or Silver GIANT, how do I collect my cap?

Membership Caps will be available for collection at all GIANTS home games during the home and away season and selected fan events. Please ensure you bring your membership card when redeeming your cap.

I was a concession member last year, why have i been regraded as an adult?

As per AFL guidelines, concession status is required to be verified each year.

Please send us a copy of your concession card to membership@gwsgiants.com,au and we will regrade this for you.

I purchased a reserved seat membership in 2016 and intend to purchase a 2017 membership, when is the cut-off for priority seating?

As a 2016 member, you will have until Wednesday 7 December 2016 to access the best possible seats to our home games in 2017. To retain the seat(s) you held in 2016 for the 2017 season you must renew by 5pm Wednesday 7 December 2016.

When do 2018 memberships go on sale?

2018 memberships will go on sale in October, 2017. More information will be made available closer to October.

Why has my 15 year old child been removed from our family membership?

Under AFL regulations, once a child turns 15, they are no longer considered to be a junior member. The date is relevant as of January 1 each year. For the 2017 season, any child born before 1/1/2002 is no longer considered a junior member. The GIANTS have a concession membership that your 15 year old child can use.

What are my payment options?

We accept all VISA & Mastercard, Cheque, Money Orders and Cash on game days or GIANTS events. If signing up or renewing over the phone we only accept VISA & Mastercard payments.

What is the GIANTS Easy Pay Monthly option?

GIANTS Monthly Easy Pay allows members to pay their membership in 10 equal monthly instalments. This option applies to all our membership categories and is at no extra cost. The payments are taken on the 14th of each month from your nominated credit card. The first instalment will be deducted at the time of processing your 2017 membership, with further instalments deducted on the 14th of every month from Oct 2016 - July 2017. Your membership will automatically roll over the following season.

If you sign up after 14 October, you will be required to pay the value of all combined installments prior to your sign up date.

What is the GIANTS Easy Pay Annual option?

Choose the Easy Pay Annual option and your membership payment will automatically be deducted from your nominated credit card prior to each season.
